JOINT EXHIBITION SPACE – IMPORTANT NOTE!
As a joint exhibitor, you are confirmed to participate in both the ADEA and AADR exhibitions which run consecutively with one another. For 2008, the Annual Session & Exhibition of the American Dental Education Association will precede the AADR show. The ADEA exhibit dates are March 31- April 1, 2008 and AADR show dates are April 3-5, 2008. Our shows will NOT OVERLAP like they did in Orlando in 2006. Joint exhibitors will not need to move their booth in between show days (unless you signed up late and identical space was no longer available). Please follow the set-up schedule for ADEA and then the AADR tear-down schedule when preparing your travel and staff assignments. You will not be required to staff your booth on the down day, Wednesday, April 2^nd. If you have separate booth spaces or your booth varies in size from show to show, please follow the set-up and tear-down schedule for each Association accordingly. All necessary changes would take place on Tuesday, April 1^st, after the ADEA show closes through AADR set-up on Wednesday, April 2, 2008. Joint exhibitors will receive one (1) kit with forms applicable to both shows.

Order-taking
Exhibitors will be allowed to take orders on the Exhibit Floor. Under NO circumstances shall any delivery of goods or items or exchange of merchandise for payment be permitted, in keeping with the educational nature of the Exhibition.
