Registration:
Pre-registration for the 89th General Session & Exhibition of the International Association for Dental Research, which will be held in conjunction with the 40th Annual Meeting of the American Association for Dental Research and the 35th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Association for Dental Research, is now closed. Changes and corrections to existing registrations must be made in writing to [email protected] and will be processed onsite.
If you wish to attend the IADR/AADR/CADR General Session & Exhibition, you can register on site during the hours below in the registration area in front of Exhibit Hall D on the Ground Level of the at the San Diego Convention Center, located at 111 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, Calif., USA, 92101. You will be required to complete a new On-site Registration Form which is different from the Pre-registration Form.

If you pre-registered prior to January 28, 2011, and have not received your meeting badge in the mail, please proceed to the Badge Pick-up counters in the registration area to receive your meeting materials. If your badge was mailed and you did not receive it prior to the meeting, you can request a reprint at any cashier. You will be required to show identification to request a badge reprint or to pick up your meeting badge.
If you received your badge in advance and left it at home or in the hotel room, IADR policy charges a $25.00 badge replacement fee for registration badge reprints requested onsite.
NOTE: If you have already registered and wish to add an event ticket (Dental Materials Reception, Lunch and Learning) and/or accompanying person to your registration, these items can be added onsite in San Diego at any cashier. The following events are currently sold out: Hands-on Workshops #1, #2 and #4; Lunch and Learning Tables #1-14, #16, #17, #19, #20, #23-28, #32.
