Please complete this form to request meeting space in the Charlotte Convention Center or Westin Hotel by December 20, 2013. Please note that the number of meeting rooms in Charlotte is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting space is available on a complimentary basis to Scientific Groups, exhibitors, sponsors and Institutional Members. Meeting room rental fees will apply to other requestors.
